Starting every day with a little bit of math
Subtracting adding multiplying every day
Past and present doing it all the same
Doing it’s the start of my new math life
All those equations running through my head
Saying hurry up make her understand
Following all those math rules I can’t comprehend
I know it’s really hard to figure out those things
But if you really try it will be like ring ring
Mom says it’s time to get that math work done
Or you’ll get in trouble if that math works not done
It’s the start of my new math life again
The one I can really understand
The one that I can not get in trouble again
So, now it’s time to love math again
And thanks to Mrs. Cary it’s made clear again
Adding and subtracting then do it all again
Multiplying and dividing is like a piece of cake
Yummy in my tummy with no mistakes
It’s the start of my new math life again again
The one that my brain is not at stack again
